POSH sensitization session conducted for National Fertilizer Limited(NFL) Employees at Nabha Plant

Around 50 people attended the session, including Unit Head -Mr. MN Goyal, Mrs. Gurinderjit Kaur and representatives from various departments.

Adv Pooja Nayar, Certified POSH trainer, spoke on Harassment and sexual harassment, key differences, behaviors that come under sexual harassment, importance of the POSH Act 2013 -The Need and objective of POSH Act 2013, Types of sexual harassment, The Redressal mechanism in case someone is subjected to sexual harassment, the IC role in handling complaints, Insights into false/malicious complaints filed under POSH

The entire session was conducted with the help of videos, case studies and role plays and was very well received by the audience.
