National Institute of Personnel Management (Punjab Chapter) organized “one day workshop on Misconduct in Employment & Disciplinary Procedures” on 15th December,2017 at Hotel Metro-43, Chandigarh. The workshop was attended by around 50 HR Heads / Professionals from the public & private sector organizations based in Punjab & Himachal Pradesh. Mrs Mona Puri , Additional Labour Commissioner, Govt of Punjab was chief guest on the occasion. She inaugurated the workshop & also appraised the participants about the web Portal of department of Labour & Employment, Govt of Punjab which has been recently launched and various initiatives taken by Labour department for simplifying the procedures etc. The workshop was conducted by Mr SPS Bhalla , HR Consultant and Mr AK Bakshi ,Advocate & Labour Law Adviser.
Mr SP Bansal chairman of the Chapter welcomed the dignitaries, highlighted achievements and future plans of NIPM (Punjab Chapter).Mr SB Khullar , Vice Chairman of NIPM ( Punjab Chapter) introduced the subject of the workshop and the faculty. The workshop was very interactive and covered all aspects of discipline, misconduct and disciplinary procedures along with case laws.The workshop were followed by question & answer session. The workshop has been well appreciated by all the participants. At the end of the program all participants were presented with certificates The program was anchored by Mr Jasbir Singh, Honorary additional Secretary, NIPM (Pb Chapter). Dr MM Singh proposed a vote of thanks. Mr Ravinder Chadha , Treasurer & other Executive members were also present on the occasion.
