NIPM Punjab Chapter organized 3 days outbound training program at Nahan (HP) in the month of Jan 2022 for middle and senior level employees of National Fertilizers Ltd., a Govt of India mini Navratna company. The program aimed at holistic personality development, team building and leadership skills. The facilitator kept the participants fully engaged through sessions of Meditation, Yoga, Group tasks and Interactive sessions.
