The Executive Committee is a pool of senior HR/IR professionals, charged with the activities of the Punjab Chapter. This team strives to faithfully represent the mission of NIPM to exchange ideas and experiences and collection and dissemination of information on management in general and personnel management, industrial relations, labour & social welfare. The team also reflects on the ongoing challenge of assisting HR/IR professionals transition into being a business partner. This team represents the Institute and its interests before Local, State and Central authorities and other organisations,commissions, boards, enquiry bodies etc. in the region.

Renu R P Singh is Post Graduate in Business Administration and advance course in competitive and competency development. She has been associated with NIPM since 1987 and held the post of Hony. Secy. in the past of Punjab Chapter. Has rich experience of more than 38 years in the field of HR. Retired as GM(HR) from National Fertilizers Limited a mini Navratna PSU.

A life Member of NIPM Mr Bakshi is well known Labour laws Practitioner in the area, Mr Bakshi has more than 30 year experience to his credit in Personnel Management, Industrial Relations and Labour Laws. He is associated with many corporate as Management and Labour Laws Consultant.

A life Member of NIPM Mr Chadha is presently, heading HR function of Punjab Chemicals & Crop Protection Ltd. (PCCPL) as VP (HR & ADMN). He has served NIPM Punjab in various capacities including Hon Secretary. He is associated with Executive Committee of Derabassi Industries Association and Vice President of Lalru Industries Association.

Jasbir Singh is a HR professional with over 20 years of experience in Service &Manufacturing Industries and worked at various capacities, now heading HR function of Molson Coors India Pvt. Ltd., at Punjab Brewery. He has been associated with NIPM for along time and served NIPM Punjab chapter as Treasurer and Additional Hon Secretary.

Mr. Charan Kamal Singh, a Life Member of NIPM, is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from University of Pune and MBA (HR) from UBS, Chandigarh. He has worked at HR leadership roles across various sectors – Textile, Automobile and Pharma. In the past, he has worked with Trident Group as Chief People Officer – Corporate HR for its Madhya Pradesh operations and with Fiem Industries Ltd. as Head HR & Administration for its Kundli Manufacturing Facility. Currently he is working as HR Head for Unimarck Pharma Group, Mohali.

Corporate member with over 30 years of experience in industrial relations, labour laws, Learning and Development, ethical governance and CSR. He is also a Certified Lead Auditor for ISO Management Systems and a Certified Assessor for Process Adequacy under Malcom Balridge Performance Excellence. Honoured by Distt. Administration for initiating and implementing many CSR projects in the area.
