As a new initiative, NIPM Punjab Team participated in 5th State Job Fair organised by Punjab Govt in SVIET Banur, Patiala. We supported organisers by inviting our Members organisations who participated for recruitment. NIPM organised Career Counselling Desk and counselled Students on Career prospects and how to make presentable resume. Experience HR Professionals Mr SPS Bhalla and Mr VK Sharma Executive members manned the desk. Team was joined by Chairman Mr. SP Bansal.
Team takes pride in initiating recruitment of 8 candidates by employers by John Deere, a leading MNC. Thanks to Mr Manoj, HR head, John Deere for his support.
